Ebgames.com has lowered the price on the PS2 version of Ubisoft's XIII to only $29.99. XIII is a newly released cel-shaded first-person shooter based on the comic book. Currently it is averaging a 77.1% on GameRankings. Game usually retails for $49.99, so you are saving about $20.
