Outpost.com is offering the upcoming Splinter Cell Chaos Theory (Xbox) for $34.99, down from the $49.99 others will be asking upon it's release. This is the update to the excellent stealth action series and, unlike Pandora Tomorrow, is the true sequel of the first and features an entire new gameplay system and features. Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is currently set to ship at the end of March.
