Electronic Arts has just started offering a $20 rebate on purchases of NFL Street 2 (GC, PS2, Xbox). The rebate is valid for purchases made before February 21st, 2005.

Starting this Sunday (1/29), Target will be offering this title for $37.77 plus currently have a $5 off coupon (located here) which brings the price down to $32.77. Then send in for the rebate and your final cost will be $12.77 (plus tax if applicable).
